• Dates: October 6-10, 2026
• Venue / Location: Tokyo, Japan
• Format: Invitation-only, live venue, all skill levels
• Qualification cutoff: September 14, 2026
• Invitations sent: September 16, 2026

• Opens: Monday, December 22 at 8:00 PM EST
• Closes: January 21
• Access: All eligible members will receive access when voting opens
• Ballot: CWSA Annual Awards voting

• Date: January 25
• Time: 7:00 AM Eastern
• Meeting status: Meeting has passed.
